Through Remote Desktop Support we use a systematic approach on determining the cause of the problems. In order for you to qualify for this support level your computer needs to be able to load windows and get online. When we work on your computer remotely we disable a few things first and start running some repair programs and disconnect while their scanning and reconnect to verify the results of the scans. The nice feature here is that you can watch us repair the issues on the screen and it does not require you to be in front of the computer at all when we are fixing it, so it’s little inconvenience for you. We require full payment prior to working on your computer remotely and if we are unable to fix your computer we will refund your money or pick it up for deeper diagnostics. If this is the case then the $40 paid for remote support gets transferred to the flat rate repair service and the additional fee of $25 is due on the completion of the computer. When the repair ticket gets transferred to flat rate repair all the perks of this service will also be completed on the computer. This brings the total price for repair to $65 and no travel fee will be charged to residents of Fort Walton Beach, Destin, San Destin, Mary Esther, Shalimar, Niceville, Gulf Breeze & Navarre. Residents outside these areas will receive a full refund unless the computer is brought to us.
The typical repair duration for Remote Desktop Support is 1 to 4 hours but the time can vary depending on the severity of the issues your having, and we can usually get started on the repair within 2 hours.
