This service is only available for Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Mary Esther, Shalimar, Niceville, & Navarre. We will come to you to fix your computer problems. Not all issues can be repaired on-site, So please explain your problems to us so we can better prepare ourselves in hope of being able to resolve your problem on-site. RATES FOR ON-SITE COMPUTER REPAIR Pick Up and Delivery Repair service is where we pick your computer up, fix it, and deliver & hook it back up for you. This service is $75 On-Site Computer Repair service is available 5 days a week from 9:00AM to 5:ooPM for $85 for the first 90 minutes and each additional hour is $25 Emergency On-Site Computer Support service is available 24/7 and it is immediate support for $95 This fee covers 1 hour of labor and each additional hour is $45 IT Support & Consulting service is available via appointments only and covers full IT assistance & consulting. $30 per hour |

On-Site Computer Repair Service We come to your home or office and service your computers at your scheduled date and time. This service is available 5 days a week from 9:00am—5:00pm for Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Mary Esther, Shalimar, Niceville, & Navarre. Our rate is $85 for the first 90 minutes and each additional hour is $25 If parts are needed to be ordered to fix your computer then we will bring your computer to our shop and replace the parts when they come arrive and deliver you computer back to you. If for any reason we are unable to fix your computer you will not be charged a penny. |

Emergency On-Site Computer Repair Support This service is available 24/7 and is for immediate support. We drop whatever we are doing and come to assist you with the issues ASAP. If you need your computer fixed in the middle of the night then we can help. IF for any reason we are unable to get your computer up and running we will leave you with a temporary computer to use until your is repaired and re-deliver it back to you. With the temp computer we will pull your hard drive out and place it in the temp computer so you will have a computer to get you back up and running. This service costs $95 and it covers one hour. Each additional hour is $45 |

Pick Up and Delivery Repair Service We will come to your home or office to pick your computer up and take it back to our shop to fix it. Once it is finished we will deliver it to you and hook everything back up for you. This service is a Flat Rate Fee of $75 and the bill for repair will not exceed $75 unless parts are needed for the repair. If at anytime parts are needed for the repair we will contact you and give you options for new and used parts. |

IT Support Service We will come to your home or office and assist you with any issues related to IT issues. Setting up a wireless network, Configuring programs to operate correctly, Consulting with you on How To, Moving your computer system to another room or location. Let us know what you are needing done and we will discus the best method to resolve your issues or needs. If you are needing someone to sit down with you and help you figure out how to do something then we can help you there too. We charge $30 per hour for consulting services. |

We offer a 30 day labor warranty on all services offered. If at any time we are unable to diagnose or repair your computer you pay nothing. Our cheapest repair service is Drop Off and Pick Up Repair.
